09/23/15 – Prosper Companies at New Hardee’s in Ottumwa

Our first gallery of pictures from the Hardee’s site in Ottumwa!

Joining Pizza Ranch and Culver’s on Venture Drive, the new Hardee’s will be 2,800 square feet. Prosper Companies began preparing the area in early August, which will include a 65-space parking lot. Plans for the return of the large chain to Ottumwa have been approved since mid-April, with strong support from the local community.
